The changes we have all experienced in the last year and adaptations we have had to make to our everyday lives will shape our working processes for a long time to come. We are therefore thrilled to be hosting this Leadership and Governance event, supporting you with strategic and dynamic strategies to develop your practices in these ever changing times in Education.
This event will review how leaders, and those within leadership roles, have worked tirelessly during these critical times and will provide an opportunity to share and build sustainable systems for the future.
We are delighted to announce that Melissa Caslake, Chief Officer for Children's Services, Devon County Council will be joining us for this event to give her insight as to how Leadership has had to adapt with how it will continue to need to adapt in the recovery process from COVID-19.
Claire Thomson, Head of Specialist Services and Safeguarding, Babcock LDP has also confirmed her involvement and will be hosting a session on Why SEND is a Strategic Priority. Claire will look at adopting an inclusive approach as we prepare to move forward as well as laying a foundation for a more socially just and equitable education system.
