This course will provide an overview of how academies are funded and explain the budget setting and monitoring processes, as well as detailing the impact trustees could have on funding.

Suitable for all governors and trustees, but recommended for those chairing a resource committee or with a lead governor responsibility for finance. There will be time for networking and opportunities to focus on your individual school.
