He shows us how to develop a marketing and fundraising plan for your school, examines the “Wheel of Fortune” – the 8 themes to school fundraising and explores all the ways you can drive additional and sustainable revenue into your school.


Ofsted and SEND - This short online course aims to give school staff an overview of  the current Ofsted requirements in relation to Special Educational Needs & Disabilities. It guides participants through the key aspects of the Framework and considers how to demonstrate effective school practice in this area. There is discussion about what progress for SEND learners might look like and an opportunity to consider how the Ofsted requirements link with the Code of Practice. The course is aimed at school leadership teams at all levels and is most relevant to Headteachers and SENCos.


SEND Code of Practice - This short online course aims to brief participants about the Code of Practice (2014) and its legal implications as well as what best practice looks like. It takes the main elements of the Code and expands them to explore in more detail what EHCP planning and provision might look like and how to demonstrate a truly graduated approach in school. The session allows for productive school discussion and planning to adjust practice in school which will meet the statutory requirements of the Code. The training is aimed all school staff but particularly teachers and leadership teams. 


Supporting Children and their families within the context of COVID-19 - This training is designed to provide teaching staff with advice and guidance for supporting children and their families with some of the challenges associated with the pandemic, COVID-19. The training consists of three parts, including: 1) A general introduction to the impact of COVID-19 upon children and families 2) Information concerning trauma, loss and grief in relation to the pandemic 3) Specific ways in which teaching staff can respond in their roles to support children and families - a video for Primary and Secondary and a video for EYFS
